1.Pre-sale service question Such as: whether or not to provide the sample? Sample charges or not? Which party bears the freight?
Answer: We can make the bag according to customer’s bag sample for free. And take video and pictures as well. The sheets pile delivery cost is belong to customer. The bag sample delivery cost is belong to us.
2.Mid-sale service question Such as: supplying method of wearing parts? Delivery time (orders started)?
Answer: During warranty period, our company offer replacement part free. Normally the machine delivery time is within 30-90 days after the receipt of deposit.
After-sale service question Such as: warranty policy, warranty period service？
Answer: 1 year warranty, long-term training services (the first time is free, second or subsequent training need charge fees); during the warranty period, damaged part could be replaced according to the part’s serial number.
4.Other special service Such as: Design, customized machine, installation, training, etc. service.
Answer: local market analysis, bag sample making, spare parts, training, upgrades& tips, trade-ins, service technicians, remote support, relocation/installation project management.
New purchased machine, technician available oversea installation and training service for the first time. After that, if need machine moving and training service, it will be charged with certain rate.
